Sympathy for Lady Vengeance (2005)

A solid entry in Park's Revenge trilogy. This one is relatively serious in tone, similar to Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance. The beginning, with the prisoners explaining their relationship to the main character, was gripping and well done. The middle of the film became kind of uneven, and I wasn't sure where it was going, but the ending redeemed it, and I didn't see it coming.
There were a lot of things to like about this movie, but my favorites are as follows: The cinematography, which was stunning and stylish, even more so than Park's previous efforts, The editing, which had a number of cool transitional effects that didn't at all feel awkward or take you out of the movie, and the music, which was terrific and fit the movie perfectly, just like Oldboy.
The opening credits sequence was pretty cool too.
