This is one of Lynch's more accessible pictures, but that's not a bad thing. I love this movie, it's just as good if not better the second time around.
It's certainly Lynch's funniest picture, and it really had me cracking up at times. Some of the lines are delivered so perfectly that you can't help but laugh. The cinematography is beautiful as is typical of Lynch's work, and his use of color is astounding. Really gorgeous stuff.
I also like the use of music. Going from thrash metal to Elvis tunes is not something a lot of filmmakers could pull off. Lynch does.
